A traditional campsite on the edge of the salt marsh at Stiffkey: grass pitches for tents, hot showers close by, and the sea out beyond the creeks.

Pitches are grass, each with a usable space of 9 × 9 metres. Most are level, but a few are not, so ask at check-in if that matters for your tent. Trailer tents and rooftop tents are welcome too. We do not take caravans.
The A and D fields look out over the marsh to the sea, and most of them catch the sunset. Along the top fence line, pitches A07 to B08 sit on the edge of the woodland in semi-shade, a quieter spot beside the trees.
Barbecues are fine if they are raised off the grass and never left unattended. There are no open fires, fire pits, fireworks or sky lanterns. Quiet time is 10:30pm to 7am.
You are already on the England Coast Path, with the salt marsh, creeks and the sea on the doorstep. Pink-footed geese arrive over the site in autumn, and the whole marsh turns lilac with sea lavender from July. Read more about the walks from the gate.
