Dogs are welcome at High Sand Creek Campsite in Stiffkey, and the England Coast Path starts at the gate, so the first walk is no distance at all.

The England Coast Path runs past the site, so you can set off straight from your pitch. There is plenty of salt marsh, creek and shore to explore from there:
The tide matters out here. The creeks fill fast, so check today’s tides before you set off across the marsh.
If you fancy seeing the seals on Blakeney Point, Bishop’s Boats run traditional wooden boats from Morston Quay and say well-behaved dogs are welcome. Check with the boat company when you book. For beaches and bigger days out, see our guide to camping near Wells-next-the-Sea, where Holkham’s beach is about 5 miles west.
Every pitch gives you a usable space of 9 × 9 metres, on grass. Tents, campervans, motorhomes, trailer tents and rooftop tents are all welcome. We do not take caravans. The pitch plan shows which pitches have marsh and sea views and which sit under the trees in semi-shade.
Open 25 March – 9 October 2027.
