The rules that keep the site pleasant for everyone, and the practical detail behind a booking.
A deposit of 25% of the total, minimum £20, is taken when you book (never more than the booking itself). The balance is due 14 days before arrival; if you book within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is taken when you book. If you choose automatic payment, your balance is taken from the card you paid your deposit with on the balance due date. We'll email you 3 days before, and you can pay sooner or change card at any time. Your confirmation email shows the exact amounts and the date the balance is due. Deposits are non-refundable, and bookings are made in the lead booker's name and can't be transferred to someone else. Cancelling within 14 days of arrival forfeits the full amount paid.

We hold a booking for 24 hours from your stated arrival time — if you're running later than that, please call so we don't release the pitch. We can't offer refunds for bad weather, a late arrival or an early departure. Check in at reception first; pitches are allocated, not first-come-first-served, so please don't choose your own spot before checking in.
Every party needs at least one adult aged 18 or over, and anyone under 18 must be with a parent or guardian. We don't take bookings from large single-sex groups, or stag and hen parties. Dogs are welcome — up to three per pitch, kept on a lead and under control at all times, and not inside the facility block.
We describe the site as accurately as we can, but if something significant changes before your stay, we'll offer a straight choice: an alternative pitch or date, or a full refund. The same applies to genuinely exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
Whoever makes the booking is responsible for their whole party's conduct, and repeated or serious breaches of these terms can mean being asked to leave without a refund. Your belongings, vehicles and their contents are left on site entirely at your own risk, so please make sure you're insured — and any damage to the site is charged to the pitch responsible.

Season: 25 March – 9 October 2027. Welcome: tents, campervans, motorhomes, trailer tents and rooftop tents. Not accepted: caravans or teardrop trailers.
