Longer stays
Your discount comes off the pitch price when you book: money off every stay, or a bigger percentage off longer ones. Once your savings pass the membership price, everything after that in the 12 months is money in your pocket, before you count the free WiFi and the dog.

For example, if a 14-night stay here costs you £600, the 7.5% band takes £45 off it — £30 more than the club costs, on one stay. Discounts are worked out on the pitch price itself, so extras like a gazebo or an extra car aren’t included.
How to join
- Open the app at highsandcreek.co.uk/app (on your phone you can add it to your home screen, no app store needed).
- Sign in with the email you booked with before. Never set a password? Tap “Forgot password” and we’ll email you a link straight away.
- Tap Members’ club, then Join, and pay by card. Your membership starts at once.
- Book from the app (or on our booking page while signed in) and your member price is shown before you pay.
Good to know
Does it renew automatically?
No. It’s one payment for 12 months. We’ll never take another payment unless you choose to join again.
Who takes the payment?
Nimbosoft, the company that makes our booking system and the app. It shows as Nimbosoft on your card statement.
How does booking early work?
Next year’s dates open to members before they open to everyone else, so you get first pick of dates and pitches. Sign in to the app or the booking page and you’ll see the extra dates.
When do I get the free WiFi code?
When you check in. It shows in the app on the Members’ club and My stay screens, covers your family’s devices and lasts your whole stay, up to 7 nights.
How does late checkout work?
Members can stay on their pitch until 1pm on the day they leave instead of noon, and later if the site is quiet enough — just ask at reception. Our team can see it on the day.
Can I use it with a discount code?
You get whichever saves you more, the member discount or the code, but not both on one booking.
I joined after booking — can I still have the discount?
Yes. Pop into reception once you’ve joined and we’ll add it to your booking.
What about bookings made by phone?
The member discount comes off by itself when you book online signed in. If you book another way, ask us and we’ll add it.
